One of the best parts of choosing to do a Senior Portrait session at Lake Crescent is that it is gorgeous in all of it’s moods. For Keira’s session it was cloudy, windy and moody and the woods and the lake provided a stunning backdrop. We caught some shots where Kiera was really in her element. She’ll be studying botany in college and it was so fun to watch her study the plants, even during her photo session.
Keira opted for her casual outfit in the woods and then a little dressier for the Lake which was a perfect fit. She also opted to use her own wardrobe instead of using the Dani Keith Photo Client Closet, which is totally great and up to each individual. But just don’t forget that its an option! The ideal is for each session to perfectly showcase your child’s personality and who they are right now! And I think Keira’s choices did that perfectly. She’s a Texas gal and her dress and cowboy boots gave the perfect little nod to that during her session.
I love the personality that shows through here as she decided we needed to have an impromptu dance party on the dock. I love her spunk and smiles, but also watch her go from dancing and smiles to full on model in 5 seconds flat!
